Job Overview
Drive towards a world class incentive compensation team and serve as a strategic advisor on incentive compensation in the US. Participate in annual IC governance and drive plan selection process in area of responsibility. Administer incentive plans and programs in compliance with company policies and plans. Continuously improve process and tools.
Essential Functions
- Manage the timely administration of incentive compensation for assigned US RBU teams
- Participate in the process to develop and direct the compensation strategy in alignment with US Go To Market objectives
- Ensure the provision of timely employee-related information to management teams, as necessary.
- Partner with sales and business leaders to ensure alignment of IC against strategic business imperatives and business results
- Develop management reporting for senior leaders to monitor health of US IC system.
- Provide coaching to business leaders and managers to maximize impact of incentive compensation on selling behaviors
- Define reports & KPIs for various levels of sales & business leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- 2-4 years of incentive compensation experience
- Proven experience presenting to senior executives
- Proven experience with process improvement/continuous improvement
- Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills, consulting skills, and attention to details
- Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision making skills in highly complex situations
- Proficient in excel
- Experience in matrixed/hybrid sales organizations
- Experience in major IC software systems a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $72,900.00 - $182,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Skills Required
