Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Property Operations
  • Learn and assist with the leasing process, including prospect follow-up, property tours, applications, and resident communication.
  • Provide professional customer service to prospective and current residents.
  • Assist with resident relations and day-to-day property operations.
  • Learn property management systems, company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and other initiatives designed to support occupancy and property performance.
  • Gain exposure to property financials, reporting, budgeting, and overall asset performance.
Maintenance Operations
  • Work alongside the maintenance team to gain a practical understanding of property maintenance operations.
  • Assist with apartment make-readies, property inspections, preventive maintenance, and general property upkeep.
  • Learn the work-order process and how maintenance operations impact resident satisfaction and property performance.
  • Participate in physical and hands-on assignments as part of the training experience.
  • Learn safety procedures and company standards related to property maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in business, management, real estate, or a related field; relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, management, hospitality, property management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability and willingness to learn both leasing and maintenance operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow direction and take initiative when appropriate.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Position Requirements
  • Must be comfortable performing both office-based and hands-on assignments.
  • Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with property and maintenance operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have dependable transportation and the ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and follow LYND's dress and appearance standards appropriate to assigned duties.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required based on property and operational needs.
