As a Manager - Tax Information Reporting, Withholding & Transformation, you will lead information reporting and withholding engagements, including Forms 1099, 1042-S, 1042, 945, ACA reporting, and related compliance activities. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing and filing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance.

In this role at PwC, you will serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex technical issues into practical business solutions. You will design and improve tax reporting processes through standardization, automation, AI, and operational best practices, while managing multiple client engagements, project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Leading tax information reporting and withholding engagements, including Forms 1099, 1042-S, 1042, 945, and ACA reporting
- Reviewing Forms W-8 and W-9 to provide guidance on withholding, reporting, and documentation requirements
- Designing and improving tax reporting processes through standardization, automation, and operational best practices
- Managing multiple client engagements, project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Coaching and developing onshore and offshore professionals to maintain quality client delivery
- Identifying risks, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement across client operations
- Building strong relationships with clients across tax, treasury, finance, payroll, legal, and technology functions
- Analyzing financial data to validate compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Preparing and filing tax returns to assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends for strategic tax planning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
