As a Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. This role serves as a critical link between hiring managers and potential employees, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals)
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through proactive networking
• Create compelling job descriptions and posting content
• Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition
• Implement diverse recruiting strategies to build talent pipelines
• Track key metrics and prepare recruitment reports for management
• Stay updated on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive practices
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
