Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and mentor a team of talent associates, providing guidance, support, and development to optimize their performance.
● Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract passive candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other platforms.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify talent gaps.
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions, with a focus on high-impact, hard-to-fill roles.
● Manage sourcing tools and technologies, ensuring the team is leveraging the most effective resources.
● Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and team performance through data analysis and metrics.
● Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance across the sourcing team.
● Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on sourcing progress, challenges, and market insights.
Required Qualifications:
● Leadership Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience leading a sourcing or recruiting team.
● Sourcing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and talent pipelining.
● Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and best practices, particularly in IT services environment.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, Boolean searches).
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
● Analytical Thinking: Ability to use data to drive sourcing decisions and improve team performance.
● Collaboration: Strong partnership-building skills to work closely with internal team members and hiring managers.
● Problem Solving: Creative approach to sourcing and overcoming talent shortages for niche roles.
● Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities
