The Role
To lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned Business Groups, ensuring timely, high-quality hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, drive stakeholder engagement, and enhance recruitment effectiveness through strong collaboration, market insights, and best-in-class hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to deliver end-to-end recruitment across designated Business Groups.
- Oversee workforce demand planning, sourcing strategies, and hiring execution to meet business timelines and quality expectations.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen recruitment capabilities, consistency, and service standards.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide advisory support on market trends, talent availability, and hiring approaches to enable informed decision-making.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and accountability in the hiring process.
Sourcing Strategy & Candidate Experience
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, talent pipelining, and market mapping to secure critical talent.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints, strengthening employer brand positioning.
- Leverage both direct and agency channels effectively to optimize hiring outcomes.
Process Excellence & Recruitment Effectiveness
- Ensure effective execution of recruitment processes, maintaining consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track recruitment performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance productivity across the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with wider HR functions (e.g., HRBP, People Service) to ensure seamless end-to-end hiring experience.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, projects, and employer branding activities at the function level.
- Share market intelligence and best practices across the TA team to continuously enhance capability and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams is preferred.
- Prior experience in both in-house and agency recruitment environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and market intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner or working closely with HRBPs is a plus.
- Strong collaboration mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
