Job Description

Revelyst, is a collective of makers who design and manufacture performance gear and precision technologies. Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain FP&A to join our Revelyst Adventure Sports platform team, which consists of Fox Racing, Bell, Giro, CamelBak and Blackburn. The Adventure Sports strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Adventure Sports business by creating focus and power with the consumer. Our Finance team partners cross-functionally with Operations, Distribution, Sourcing and Accounting to provide accurate financial forecasts, understand risks, and facilitate improvements to profitability.

As the Manager, Supply Chain FP&A, you will be the finance partner to the VP of Operations and the VP of Sourcing, owning the financial view of the end-to-end supply chain: product cost and sourcing, inbound freight and duty, distribution and fulfillment, and inventory. You will set the supply chain forecasts and KPIs the business tracks to, measure performance against them, and give leadership a clear answer on whether cost and savings commitments are showing up in the P&L and in cash. This is a deliberately hands-on role: the strongest candidates are as comfortable challenging a distribution cost assumption with an operations leader as they are reconciling a purchase price variance bridge line by line.

This position reports to the Adventure Sports CFO, supports the VP of Operations and the VP of Sourcing, and is based in Irvine, CA. The role is scoped to grow, with the opportunity to take on broader operations and supply chain finance leadership as the platform’s finance organization matures.

As the Manager, Supply Chain FP&A, you will have the opportunity to:

Own supply chain forecasting and performance:

  • Supply chain forecasts: Build and own the supply chain cost forecast across product cost, inbound freight and duty, distribution and fulfillment, and inventory, at the SKU, supplier, category and site level, as part of the annual budget, the monthly and quarterly forecast cycles and the long-range plan.
  • KPIs and targets: Set the KPIs and targets the supply chain tracks to, such as cost per unit shipped, freight and distribution cost as a percentage of sales, PPV, savings realized against commitment, inventory turns and days on hand, and forecast accuracy, and publish results monthly so the business can hold itself to them.
  • Cost and savings realization: Build standardized price/volume/mix and inflation bridges, and reconcile PPV, freight, distribution costs and supplier shifts to the financial statements, clearly separating market-driven movement from operations- and sourcing-driven impact.
  • Supply chain-to-P&L reconciliation: Own the monthly supply chain-to-P&L reconciliation and explain variances to forecast and KPI targets by driver, so leadership can see where costs and savings landed, slipped or reversed.

Partner with Operations, Distribution and Sourcing:

  • Operations and distribution: Partner with the VP of Operations and distribution leaders across 3PL and directly managed facilities on warehouse, labor, fulfillment and outbound freight costs, capacity and network decisions, and 3PL contract and rate performance.
  • Sourcing: Partner with the VP of Sourcing on contract economics, supplier terms and implementation timelines, and maintain a risk-adjusted forecast of the sourcing initiative pipeline with timing tied to operational realities.
  • Accounting alignment: Work with Accounting so that cost changes, savings and variances flow cleanly into the books, and establish a recurring review cadence across Operations, Distribution, Sourcing, Accounting and FP&A.
  • EBITDA and cash translation: Translate operational actions, including supplier changes, cost negotiations, freight and logistics decisions and distribution network changes, into measurable EBITDA and cash impact, and build the business cases behind them.
  • Inventory and working capital: Improve working capital visibility, including inventory turns, days on hand, excess and obsolete exposure and cash impact, and reconcile the financial plan to the demand and receipt plan.

Across the supply chain:

  • Reporting and analysis: Produce executive-ready dashboards and reporting packages for leadership and ownership stakeholders that show performance against forecast and KPI targets, savings realized, and which drivers explain variance.
  • Systems and data: Improve integration and data flow across multiple ERP systems, the data cube and Planful, so that supply chain reporting lives within existing infrastructure and is sustainable, and reduce manual workarounds and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Automation and process improvement: Standardize supply chain cost and savings templates, streamline forecasting and reconciliation, and improve accuracy, applying automation and AI-enabled workflows to recurring deliverables.
  • Adventure Sports finance partnering: Collaborate with the Adventure Sports finance team on consolidated platform reporting, product cost and margin analysis, and alignment with broader organizational priorities.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred; APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, with significant time in supply chain, operations, distribution or cost finance, ideally in a consumer products company with an outsourced, Asia-based supplier base.
  • Demonstrated experience setting supply chain forecasts and KPIs and holding operations to them, including tracking cost and savings programs through to the P&L and cash.
  • Distribution and logistics finance experience, including 3PL and owned-warehouse cost structures, freight, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Strong product cost analytics: standard costing, PPV, landed cost, price/volume/mix and inflation bridges, and inventory and working capital impact.
  • Direct experience partnering with Operations, Distribution and Sourcing leaders on cost decisions, including the ability to challenge assumptions constructively and make the numbers stick.
  • Experience supporting transformation or cost-improvement initiatives, ideally in a private equity-backed environment.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning system (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream or similar); Planful and Spotlight XL experience preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large data sets drawn from multiple ERP and source systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings in a clear and concise manner, and influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset paired with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the details to drive results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

What We Do

OUR STORY Fox Racing is the global leader in motocross, mountain biking gear and apparel. We outfit the world’s best competitive athletes and enthusiasts with products that combine innovation, style, and rooted in the brand's original competitive motocross spirit. BORN FROM DIRT Before there was Fox Racing, there was a vision. Geoff Fox believed his high-performance suspension and engine components could give riders an on-track advantage. Driven to prove this on his terms, he founded team Moto-X Fox to compete against the might of the Japanese factory teams. The team quickly became the top non-factory riders in the competitive AMA 125 National Championship series, proving that the products he and his team designed and built were the best money could buy. FUELED BY PASSION Although we have expanded our activities and products into Mountain Bike, BMX, Surf and Wakeboard, the idea of elevating athletic performance through progressive innovation is still what drives us. From moto gear to apparel to outerwear, everything we make is developed with the rider in mind. No matter the terrain, the condition or the environment, Fox designs and engineers gear and apparel with the goal of making every ride a great one. THE ONLY CONSTANT IS CHANGE Inspired by our heritage, we continue to push limits, defy boundaries and pursue continuous innovation. With each success, we set a larger, more ambitious goal. Through the guidance and feedback of Fox's championship-winning athletes, we continue to maximize the experience of the world's best competitive action sports athletes and enthusiasts with an array of products that combines innovation and style. Fox employs over 500 people, in over 20 countries worldwide, and has a proud history of sponsoring some of the finest athletes.
