We are seeking an exceptional Manager to join its Strategy & Transformation team based in our vibrant London office. This team is accountable for Strategic business governance and planning, driving strategic growth and transformational initiatives e.g. the Strategy & Transformation team supports Country Managing Directors with development and execution of growth plans. 

You will join a team of 8, reporting into the Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager. The team requires support in executing several high-impact strategic initiatives to facilitate the growth of SharkNinja throughout Europe, as well as transitioning from a “start-up” operating style to that of a more mature, fast-scaling business. The projects undertaken in this role will include, but not be limited to, operating model execution, growth plan execution, process improvement, and go-to-market strategy.  

As a Manager in the team, you will be expected to support defining and executing initiatives, whilst collaborating with a highly diverse set of stakeholders across various business functions and geographies to drive action and results. The role will be suited to someone with strong business acumen who can quickly analyse complex problems, provide recommendations, and then deliver practical solutions in an agile manner. Someone who understands the power of bringing people together, data & insights, operations and strategy and has the passion and energy to get stuck into practical execution/delivery tasks will have great success in this position. 

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do.  

  • Work closely with the Strategy & Transformation function and relevant key stakeholders internally, executing various strategic, high-impact, growth projects across Europe. 
  • The ability to deliver strategic and transformational, consulting type projects in-house in a fast-moving and highly demanding environment (strong project management skills are required) 
  • The ability to support large scale transformational projects (with multiple workstreams) across the European Region. 
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with other functional areas of the business to drive transformational change and embed new ways of working (e.g., process, governance, culture). 
  • Interface with an array of stakeholders ranging in seniority, across various business functions. The successful candidate must have the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a very fast-paced environment. 

Here are some of the things you'll bring. 

  • Ideally from a consulting background (min 6 years of experience from a relevant consultancy). 
  • Operational experience working within a relevant industry is preferred – such as Consumer Goods, Electronics, Retail. 
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues from across the globe (especially the US and across Europe) “Winning is a team sport!” 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach, influence, and challenge others to support embedding transformational change. “Communicating with Impact!” 
  • The ability to balance strong attention to detail with swift execution under pressure. SharkNinja needs to execute quickly but with exceptional quality. “Details make the difference.” 
  • Experience in defining agile solutions to complex business challenges using a collaborative and insights-driven approach. “Progress over perfection!” 
  • Keen to roll up your sleeves, address things hands on and continuously improve how things are done. “Rarely satisfied!” This role will not suit someone who wants to focus purely on top-level strategy, this is an implementation role too. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities – must be comfortable interfacing with stakeholders ranging in seniority, across different business functions. 
  • Fluency in another European language will be advantageous (e.g., German, French)
