Your role as Manager, Strategy & Transformation
We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced Manager to take the next step in a rapid-growth scale-up environment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.
What you’ll be working on
Leading and managing consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions
Conducting in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities
Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies that help clients put technology to work for the business
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment
Supporting business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development
Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice
Who you are
6-8 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or related field, with expertise in digital transformation
Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes
Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings
Demonstrated experience building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts
Strong track record driving sales and achieving revenue targets
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum); Dutch is a strong plus
Willing to travel as needed
