We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Manager, Strategy & Business Development to drive the company’s growth agenda across existing and target markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations in target industries.
- Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscape to uncover positioning opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities to expand our portfolio, especially within emerging and high-growth markets.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans aligned with company objectives.
- Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic relationships, gather market intelligence, and generate high-potential leads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or growth roles, ideally in the technology or digital sectors.
- A track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Strong understanding of digital, technology, and innovation trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex problems and design actionable strategies.
