About the Role

 As Manager, Strategic Pricing you will be responsible for overseeing Pricing and Promo Evolution strategy, project implementation and ongoing maintenance and governance.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Identify procedural and technological opportunities to re-imagine the pricing and promotion process

  • Develop pre-season pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability

  • Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment to drive strategies forward

  • Create project plans and manage teams to ensure work is aligned with business needs

  • Conducts analysis and periodic review of the pricing landscape

  • KPIs include: Sales performance, Margin performance and Inventory turnover performance to Profit and Loss, and Customer and category market share

  • Support and execute the team vision, set clear objectives, assign and direct work, manage performance, and maintain open communications to create an effective work environment

  • Additional tasks may be assigned
