Grab Mobility is a dynamic team focused on enhancing transportation solutions across Southeast Asia. We work on various projects aimed at improving user experience, optimizing routes, and integrating new technologies into our services.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and to join our team as a Partnership Manager at Grab Mobility. You will build and manage strategic partnerships to improve business growth, enhance service offerings, and create value for both Grab and its partners. The Partnership Manager will work with teams to identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure successful implementation of partnership plans.

You will work onsite at HCM City.

You will report to Head, Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop strategies to evaluate, and secure partnerships that align with Grab's our goals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess competitive landscape.
• Develop relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
• Draft, review, and manage partnership contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Work with our teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to ensure successful implementation of partnership plans.
• Coordinate efforts across teams to agree on goals and strategies.
• Monitor the performance of partnerships and analyze their impact on business metrics.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting main achievements and areas for improvement.
• Support the rollout of new products and services in collaboration with partners.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience with partnership management, business development, business growth, or a similar role.

Have experience in data analysis.

Proficiency in project management and collaboration.

With the ability to identify and take advantage of opportunities.
