Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or IT, with 10–11+ years of SQA experience, including a proven track record in a leadership/team management role.
- Deep expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments, the full SDLC, and designing comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies, test plans, and release coordination protocols.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and TestNG, alongside cross-platform, cross-browser, and API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
- Strong proficiency in relational databases with the ability to write complex SQL queries for deep backend data verification and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in load/performance testing of APIs and microservices using JMeter (or LoadRunner), combined with familiarity with OWASP Top 10 risks and security scanning tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite).
- Demonstrated hands-on exposure to integrating AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Cursor, LLMs) into QA workflows to optimize regression efforts and defect prioritization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage stress, meet tight deadlines, and effectively mentor, coach, and develop team members.
