Walmart’s WIC Compliance team serves as the Walmart contact to multiple WIC regulatory agencies across the U.S. The team’s focus is to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations for each WIC program, which allows our stores and online platform to serve their WIC customers.What you'll do...
- Serve as Walmart's contact to WIC regulatory agencies to ensure stores and online platforms are compliant with the laws and regulations for the WIC program.
- Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate program changes to other business areas (i.e., Merchant teams, Government Affairs, Field Associates, Tech teams)
- Execute and implement appropriate controls for WIC programs.
- Review federal and state regulations and determine their impact to Walmart’s business.
- Lead by example.
What you'll bring...
- Two years of compliance or regulatory, operations or merchandising experience, with an emphasis on program building and execution
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- An action-oriented, resourceful and lead with initiative work ethic
- Prior experience with a focus on detail, organization, self-discipline, meeting deadlines, and successful management and completion of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience working cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements
- A bachelor’s degree

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
