What You Will Do

As a manager at Adobe, you will help guide and support a team group of skilled front-end engineers in crafting and maintaining engaging web experiences. You’ll engage closely with product managers, designers, and back-end teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front-end engineering, with a strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks).
  • Some experience leading or mentoring engineers, contributing to project planning, or supporting team collaboration.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and development standard processes.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Exposure to cloud environments like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to tackle new challenges and drive team success.

Personal Profile

  • A collaborative and supportive leader who fosters a positive team environment.
  • Passionate about delivering customer value and building high-quality, reliable applications.
  • Excited about learning, sharing knowledge, and staying up to date with front-end technologies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to optimally manage priorities.

At Adobe, you’ll join an exceptional work environment recognized on Best Companies lists worldwide. Our culture emphasizes growth, collaboration, and meaningful contributions, supported by our Check-In approach for continuous feedback.
