The Role

Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company with offices in Australia (HQ), Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, and the United States. Our mission is to deliver on the promise of precision medicine through targeted radiation. You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.



The Manager, SEC Reporting is responsible for overseeing and managing the preparation and submission of all financial reports required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This role ensures compliance with SEC regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), NASDAQ listing requirements and internal policies. The role will work closely with various departments to gather necessary information, review financial data, and produce accurate and timely financial reports.

  • Prepare and file required reports with the SEC, such as Form 10-K (annual report), Form 10-Q (quarterly report), and Form 8-K (significant event or material change report), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. Provide detailed reconciliations between US GAAP and IFRS accounting treatments.
  • Monitor changes in accounting standards, SEC regulations, and NASDAQ listing requirements, ensuring that financial reporting practices align with current guidelines and disclosing any material impacts on the company's financial position or performance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during reviews and annual audits, providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support to facilitate the audit process and ensure timely completion. Audit requirements will increase substantially (at least 2x effort) under PCAOB standards.
  • Analyze contracts and revenue arrangements to ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 and IFRS 15). Prepare reconciliations between US GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition methods and document accounting treatment decisions.
  • Preparation of financial disclosures for SEC filings, ensuring transparency and consistency in the presentation of financial information to investors and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on US reporting requirements, compliance procedures, and US GAAP accounting policies for finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and proficiency in financial reporting practices.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, such as mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, system implementations, and process improvements, providing financial expertise and support to cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a strong focus on SEC reporting and compliance.
  • Extensive experience in preparing and filing SEC reports, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K.
  • Experience with US GAAP financial statement preparation, including reconciliations between US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proven track record of working in publicly traded companies, preferably with experience in a NASDAQ-listed company.
  • Significant experience in coordinating with external auditors, particularly under PCAOB standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition standards under both US GAAP (ASC 606) and IFRS (IFRS 15).
  • Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP
