Manager - SAP-SAP S4HANA QM

• Define and execute the overall SAP QM architecture and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead full‑cycle configuration, testing, and deployment of QM processes in S/4HANA.
• Integrate QM with MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO modules to enable end‑to‑end supply‑chain quality flows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed quality requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for QM solution design.
• Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants and developers throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct impact analyses and risk assessments for system changes and upgrades.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging SAP innovations and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GxP) within the SAP environment.
• Provide expert-level support during hypercare and post‑go‑live stabilization.

• 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on QM in S/4HANA.
• Proven track record designing and implementing end‑to‑end QM solutions across multiple industries.
• Deep knowledge of QM integration points with MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA, GxP).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex delivery projects.
• SAP S/4HANA certification (QM or related) preferred.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
