Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing data center infrastructure, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint management, IT procurement, vendor management, Apple macOS support, and ITSM/ITIL processes. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, customer communication and service delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
•
Lead and manage the organization's overall IT infrastructure and operations.
•
Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and email services.
•
Drive IT service delivery through ITSM and ITIL best practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management.
•
Manage cybersecurity operations, including SIEM, XDR/EDR, email security, vulnerability management, patching, and threat monitoring.
Skills Required
- 12+ years of IT operations or infrastructure experience
- Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and operations
- Experience with data center infrastructure
