About the Role

Veho is transforming the parcel delivery experience for brands and their customers. As we scale, our Commercial organization needs a robust, AI-powered revenue infrastructure that enables faster decision-making, measurable efficiency gains, and operational excellence. The next stage of Veho’s growth is all about deploying intelligent systems and automation to help our Commercial team work smarter and scale faster.
We are hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations Data and Insights to own the data, analytics, and insights infrastructure that drives decision-making across our Commercial team.

This role will serve as the analytics and insights engine for Veho’s revenue organization. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows, data infrastructure, and automation systems that power the Commercial team — and then fully own the reporting, analytics, and insights that enable faster, smarter decisions across the business.
You will partner closely with Commercial leadership to translate data into actionable insights that support every stage of the customer lifecycle. This role is ideal for a builder-minded operator who thrives on shipping AI-powered systems, turning complex data into clear decisions, and driving measurable business outcomes — not just tracking metrics, but actively improving how the commercial organization runs.

Key Responsibilities and Example Projects Include
Build and Automate the GTM Systems Foundation
  • Optimize and manage Veho’s commercial tech stack — including Salesforce, Gong, Marketing Ops, and BI tools — integrating AI-powered tools and automation as the intelligent foundation for the revenue org
  • Design scalable data models, AI-powered workflows, and integrations across systems — with monitoring, fallback logic, and quality controls to ensure reliability
  • Ensure Salesforce remains the trusted system of record for the revenue organization
  • Maintain clear documentation and governance standards for all systems

Ship High-Impact AI Workflows
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows for pipeline tracking, lead enrichment, routing, summarization, and reporting — tied to measurable operational or revenue impact
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to continuously improve pipeline tracking, reporting, enrichment, routing, and summarization as the tech landscape evolves
  • Deliver measurable efficiency gains — reduce manual work, turnaround time, and error rates with documented time savings and cost reduction across the Commercial team
  • Evaluate, operationalize, and establish practical standards and guardrails for new AI and automation tools — driving adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Own Commercial Analytics and Insights
  • Fully own the data and insights for the commercial organization — from pipeline and win rates to rep performance and customer health
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to proactively surface trends, risks, and opportunities — not just tracking KPIs, but generating the “so what” that helps leaders act faster
  • Build scalable, self-serve reporting frameworks — powered by AI where applicable — so Commercial leadership can generate insights without dependency on ad-hoc requests
  • Partner with Commercial leadership as a strategic thought partner on performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities

Manage Commissions and Operational Processes
  • Own the end-to-end commission tracking process, leveraging automation to reduce manual overhead and errors
  • Ensure accurate calculations and timely payouts
  • Maintain transparency and communication with the sales organization

Territory and Quota Management
  • Support territory assignments and quota-setting methodologies
  • Leverage data modeling and AI-assisted analysis to ensure balanced coverage and achievable targets

Establish AI Systems Governance and Adoption
  • Maintain data accuracy protocols, field standards, and AI system guardrails — including monitoring, documentation, and fallback logic to ensure systems are reliable and trustworthy
  • Provide leadership visibility into the impact of AI systems deployed — reporting clear metrics on usage, performance, and ROI
  •  Drive adoption of AI and GTM tools across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tools are understood, used, and continuously improved based on real feedback

A Great Candidate
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • Deep experience with Salesforce administration, workflows, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with sales engagement or intelligence platforms (Outreach, Gong, Salesloft, etc.) and demonstrated ability to integrate APIs, data systems, and modern AI tooling
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling sufficient to independently query, transform, and analyze commercial data
  • Strong experience building dashboards, reports, and analyses using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.) with a track record of turning data into decisions

Capabilities
  • Deep understanding of commercial analytics and RevOps metrics — pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, deal cycles — and the ability to go beyond the numbers to drive insight
  • Builder mindset — comfortable designing scalable systems, deploying AI-powered automation, and iterating quickly — with the analytical depth to extract meaning from the data you build
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Strong product instincts — able to connect technical AI and automation work to real business outcomes, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments without detailed specs

Nice to Have
  • Hands-on experience applying LLM-powered workflows, agents, or AI automation
  • SQL or data architecture experience
  • Salesforce and/or Hubspot certification
  • Comfort building with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or consumption-based business models

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company. Additionally, Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and generous PTO for full-time roles.
