Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where reliability is key to success?

We are looking for a hands-on Reliability Manager to join our team in Allansford. This is a unique role as it will provide you with the opportunity to make a real impact on our operations and drive significant improvements that reflect on the success of our operations whilst managing a team of direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust reliability strategies to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
• Lead and coach and motivate direct reports operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance practices, and enhancing overall plant reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and safety, to ensure seamless operations and adherence to industry best practices.
• Preparation and manage of department budgets & forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering or related discipline or relevant trade qualification.
• Ideally 10 years proven experience in FMCG industry and / or manufacturing sites.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Expertise in reliability engineering principles, including root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and asset management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
