Job DescriptionThe Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance functions for the system in all levels of care and locations at Rogers Behavioral Health. This includes leading the development and execution of their respective plans in relation to survey preparedness and response while advancing the capabilities of the management staff to execute these concepts. The Manager will also ensure ongoing audits and surveillance of all areas are conducted to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Will work directly with all leadership to maintain appropriate certifications as well as be involved with any additional program expansions or development requiring licensing or regulatory oversight.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or related field
- RHIA accreditation preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in health care operations and/or Health Information management required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with survey preparedness and response for all regulatory agencies.
