Job Summary
Responsible for revenue generation in assigned territory. Promotes United Rotorcraft Air Medical products and services, to generate prospects and nurture these to qualified sales opportunities, which are outside of Air Methods. This includes Maintenance and Overhaul Services as well as Air Medical EMS Experience. Executes the sales strategy and the ability to close deals in concert with United Rotorcraft’s strategic marketing plan. Establishes and maintains relationships with decision makers and influencers for customers and strategic partners.
Responsibilities- Support and Execute strategies to prospect and promote United Rotorcraft products and services to meet customer requirements and generate qualified sales opportunities against annual sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for proposals. Lead proposal efforts with assistance from the Commercial Manager and Sales Engineer, including work scope development, technical specifications, pricing, and proposal compliance. Comply with all company policies and federal, local, and international regulations regarding proposal approvals, submittals, and export.
- Support the overall development of UR Sales and BD Strategy and provide specific market leadership in segment strategy for the delivery, cultivation and growth of the Air Medical and P145 MRO Business
- Provide insights into and inputs to the development of United Rotorcraft’s annual financial and strategic marketing plan. This includes providing estimates of market potential for all relevant customers in assigned territory.
- Manage customer and sales pipeline information in Salesforce with up-to-date customer contact information, sales pipeline details, and active campaign information.
- Attend industry trade shows and symposiums as United Rotorcrafts representative.
- Evaluate customer requirements, industry regulations, and trends to ensure United Rotorcraft / Air Methods remains innovative, proactive, and in a leadership role.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and 5 years of Air Medical or aircraft maintenance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years sales or customer interface experience with demonstrated success against measured targets.
- Knowledge of aviation and workplace regulations that pertain to the Company’s business activities. For this position, a clinical background with Helicopter Air Ambulance experience is preferred, EMS and MRO sales experience highly preferred
- Knowledge on MRO activity preferred
- Rotary wing operational experience preferred
- Knowledge and Experience with U.S. State and local contracting and acquisition regulations.
- Experience with Government Contracting and contract execution.

Skills Required
