Position Overview:

AdTheorent (AT) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Manager, Programmatic Trading to join its team. This individual will consult self-service clients on campaign management and programmatic trading topics, KPI optimization, and platform capabilities on AdTheorent’s DSP. Externally, this role will work directly with clients to drive campaign success and adoption of the platform. Internally, this position will collaborate with various stakeholder groups (Client Services, Product, Data Science, Partnerships, & Sales) to evolve internal processes designed to maximize client satisfaction and scale a rapidly growing line of business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as platform subject matter expert, drive adoption of the platform, and develop trust with clients.
  • Provide high level oversight of platform use and make proactive recommendations on pacing and performance to avoid pitfalls, drive campaign success, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify optimization recommendations based on data driven insights and established best practices.
  • Advise on programmatic trading concepts, use of predictive models, and coordinate with Data Science on client inquiries related to modeling.
  • Foster enthusiasm for the platform and promote key features to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Act as a client liaison to the product team to aggregate user experiences and feedback to shape platform enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Account Management team to build and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in programmatic campaign management and exposure using DSPs.
  • Familiarity working with advertising agencies and experience communicating with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and working through adversity.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to align technical offerings with practical and creative solutions to solve problems.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business and client needs.
  • Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is yet to be paved.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building a business from the ground up.

Compensation range: $80-100K base + bonus potential. We offer full health coverage, generous PTO, an award-winning office culture!

The base range provided is AdTheorent’s current assessment for this role. The confirmed salary will be commensurate with experience, education, skills, and other factors. This is subject to change, but will be no less than the minimum stated. We encourage all to apply, as applicants will be assessed on an individual basis. Job title and base salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
