Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative individual to fill the Manager, Product Marketing role at Vuori. This role sits at the center of product creation and market execution, serving as the strategic bridge between Merchandising, Design, Creative, and Marketing. This role will serve as the dedicated owner of Men's Product Marketing, you will shape product positioning, develop compelling product stories, drive seasonal go-to-market readiness, and ensure every product is launched with accuracy, clarity, and commercial impact. This is a unique opportunity to help continue to build the future of Product Marketing at one of the fastest-growing apparel brands, building scalable processes, elevating product storytelling, and ensuring the intent behind every product comes to life across all consumer touchpoints.  

What you'll get to do:

  • Serve as the dedicated Product Marketing lead for the Men's business, owning product positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market readiness across the entire assortment. 
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Design, and Product Development to define what products are, who they are for, and why they matter to consumers, ensuring positioning is clear and differentiated.  
  • Develop seasonal product narratives, franchise strategies, naming recommendations, and creative briefs that inspire consumer-facing marketing programs.  
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Product Creation, Merchandising, Creative, Brand Marketing, Retail, Sales, and E-commerce to deliver successful product launches.  
  • Own seasonal launch management, readiness reviews, launch communications, and milestone tracking to ensure organizational preparedness and commercial success.  
  • Act as a critical source of truth for Men's product information, ensuring accuracy across product details, naming, launch timing, inventory awareness, key looks, and marketing assets.  
  • Partner with channel and creative teams to translate product intent into compelling consumer-facing storytelling across all touchpoints.  
  • Analyze launch performance and identify opportunities to improve product storytelling, go-to-market execution, and commercial outcomes over time. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or related fields within apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, storytelling frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel product creation process from concept through market launch. 
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to create relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple teams and organizational levels. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing priorities, and seasonal timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing briefs, presentations, and executive-ready communications.
  • Passion for product, consumer insights, and creating meaningful brand experiences through exceptional storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience within premium apparel, activewear, outdoor, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting category, franchise, or divisional businesses with broad product assortments.
  • Familiarity with product information management systems, product data workflows, and retail merchandising processes.
  • Experience leading seasonal launch planning and commercial readiness initiatives.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 per year - $130,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
