The Product & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through product portfolio management, new product development, pricing management, and market development. Accountability will center on identifying and commercializing growth opportunities, building relationships with key brands and strategic accounts, and coordinating cross-functional activities to support business objectives. This individual will work closely with Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop innovative solutions, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate profitable growth across the region
ResponsibilitiesProduct Portfolio & Pricing Management
Manage product portfolio, pricing strategy, SAP product master data, and related lifecycle activities for assigned product lines.
Monitor product sales, profitability, product mix, and gross margin performance, and recommend actions to optimize portfolio performance and business results.
Support pricing reviews and margin improvement initiatives across the region.
Product Development & Localization
Coordinate new product development, commercialization, and product launch activities in collaboration with Technical, Sales, and Operations teams.
Work with global and regional technical teams to localize existing products and formulations to meet Asia market requirements, customer needs, regulatory standards, and cost targets.
Market Development & Business Growth
Build and maintain relationships with regional offices of key brands, strategic customers, major garment groups, and supply chain partners, including Nike, adidas, Under Armour, Fanatics, and leading garment manufacturers across Asia.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitive activities, emerging technologies, and market segments to Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, applications, customer segments, and growth projects across the region.
Marketing & Sales Support
Develop and maintain product marketing tools, including product brochures, technical data sheets, application guides, samples, presentation materials, and other sales support tools.
Support sales teams with product training, customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical communication materials.
Support new product promotion and customer engagement activities to accelerate product adoption and market penetration.

QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Technical Sales, or related commercial roles.
- Experience in textile inks, screen printing or related industries is preferred.
- Experience in product portfolio management, pricing management, and profitability analysis.
- Experience supporting new product development, commercialization, and product localization projects.
- Experience working with global brands, garment manufacturers, sourcing organizations, or strategic accounts preferred.
- Experience developing market opportunities across Asia Pacific markets is preferred.
