This is who we are
You will join ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI), a global subsidiary of the ROCKWOOL Group. You will become part of our Global Marketing team and report to the Marketing Director. We are an international team responsible for business development, product management, marketing and communication.

This is the role
As the Head of Product Management you will lead the Product Management team. The team is responsible for our product portfolio, product positioning and development of new products. Based on market insight, interaction with customers and Sales, and in collaboration with Development, you take charge of developing new products and solutions. At the same time, you work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to continuously optimise the portfolio.

You make sure product documentation is always up-to-date, maintain data in the Product Information Management system and you own our digital pricing system. You and your team are the technical experts, and you provide content and play a key role in creating and reviewing product content for our marketing collaterals.

Specifically, you will: 

• Manage the Product Management team located in Denmark

• Drive and own the product road maps for the process and marine segments

• Develop new products and solutions

• Responsible for regular reviews of our product portfolio, compliance, and competitiveness

• Lead and participate in international projects related to products 

• In charge of product specifications, information and systems such as data sheets certification, price list and product information systems (PIM) 

• Build and lead our product management systems, workflows and procedures

• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on creating and updating marketing collateral and website

• Be the liaison to other ROCKWOOL subsidiaries to protect product and brand position, quality and pricing globally

This is what you offer
We are looking for a high performing colleague with a strategic mindset and a structured approach to problem solving. You are result oriented and have strong leadership and project management skills.

With a solid technical background and a good commercial understanding, you are able to navigate between multiple stakeholders on all professional levels – and you are used to be in meetings with customers.  

Your analytical thinking and structured approach enable you to keep our information systems updated – while seeking new ways to optimize processes and systems. 

You build solid relationships and like to be among new people, working closely with customers, partners and your colleagues to create successes together. Moreover, you:

• Hold a M.Sc. in engineering or similar technical field, ideally supplemented with a commercial education or training

• Have several years of experience as product manager in an international b-t-b company

• Are able to identify opportunities and solutions from market and customer needs

• Are experienced in managing projects and navigating a global, complex organisation

• Experience from manufacturing industry is an advantage but not a pre-requisite

• Have people management experience

• Very structured, analytical and detail-oriented

• Are fluent in English, written and spoken
