Role Overview

• As a Manager Product Design, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will design solutions that delight users and align with business objectives.

Role details and responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Titan’s Products, from research to pixel-perfect execution.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and advocate for user needs.
• Creating personas, storyboards to wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups, end-to-end flows and clickable prototypes.
• Create and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability to shape our product vision.
• Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder and user feedback, tech constraints, analytics and user testing.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Work with product managers, and engineering teams to define and create relevant, intuitive and beautiful experiences that our users love.
• Conceptualize and design original ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Stay updated with design trends and competitor analysis.

You may be fit for the role if you

• Have an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong product and visual design sensibilities and experience in creating concepts, user journeys, specifying interaction details, etc.
• Demonstrate empathy by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and motivations, and translating those insights into thoughtful, human-centered design solutions.
• Enthusiastic to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Want to continue to be hands-on with product and visual design in the product journey
• Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Love working with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow.
• Experience of managing designer(s) will be a plus.

Who should apply ?

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively.
• Passion for building software products and services.
