The Position:

GameChanger is looking for a Manager, People Strategy to operationalize and deliver core People programs across performance, engagement, career development, and total rewards. You will partner closely with People leadership and HRBPs to translate strategic priorities into scalable, consistent programs that support team performance and growth. You will focus on improving systems, strengthening processes, and ensuring programs are delivered with quality and consistency across the organization. You will report to our Director of People Strategy & Operations and manage our People Operations Specialist.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operationalize and manage performance and talent processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotion frameworks.

  • Lead engagement initiatives, including survey deployment, analysis, and partnering with teams to drive action plans that improve team health.

  • Build and scale career development frameworks and manager enablement programs to support growth across the organization.

  • Use people data and reporting (engagement, performance, retention, compensation) to inform decisions and improve program effectiveness.

  • Support total rewards programs by improving understanding, adoption, and alignment with business needs.

  • Manage and develop our People Operations Specialist, ensuring strong execution across People processes and programs.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or talent program roles.

  • Experience managing or supporting performance management, talent review, or succession planning processes.

  • Experience leading or contributing to engagement programs, including survey deployment and action planning.

  • Experience building or scaling career frameworks, development programs, or manager enablement initiatives.

  • Experience using people data and metrics to track outcomes and inform decisions.

  • Experience managing projects or programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

The target salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
