We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Manager, Payroll to lead our US payroll operations. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day payroll activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. You will lead a team of payroll specialists while collaborating across departments to optimize payroll processes.PositionManager, Payroll ProcessingLocationUSA, Louisville, KY

How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the complete payroll process for all US employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to address payroll-related needs and resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve payroll systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Address complex payroll inquiries with effective solutions and recommendations.
  • Prepare and share regular payroll reports with leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee administration of ancillary benefit reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or 10+ years of professional payroll experience.
  • 5 years of payroll management experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems such as Workday or ADP.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.

*This role is onsite 3 days a week at Appliance Park in Louisville, KY.
