What You'll Need: 

  • 7+ years of experience in a Paid Media role
  • 2+ years in a people management role (skip-level management preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Must be strategic and creative, with strong managerial skills
  • Experience developing and reporting paid media strategies for mid-large size companies and brands
  • Experience clearly and effectively presenting strategic plans, analysis, findings and recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders
  • Must be very detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Do: 

  • Work closely with Director, Paid Media and client services team to understand clients' objectives and translate them into paid media strategies and tactics
  • Lead client Paid Media planning, research and analysis
  • Manage, and provide oversight for paid media campaigns across various ad platforms
  • Ensure all media buys are properly set up within the various platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, testing, and monitor campaign performance
  • Act as lead and primary contact for clients on their paid media campaigns
  • Work with internal teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and measurement plans meet campaign objectives
  • Provide strategic and fresh thinking to your clients and internal teams

*This position follows a hybrid schedule and is based out of our San Diego, CA headquarters* 

*The hiring salary range for this position is $96,000 - $115,000 per year*
