The First Line of Defence (1LoD) Operational Resilience & Business Continuity team partners closely with divisions and functions across LSEG to help ensure Group resilience requirements are delivered consistently and optimally across the organisation. This role plays a key part in strengthening how resilience is measured, reported, and understood globally, in line with regulatory and internal expectations.
Reporting to the Team Manager for Governance & Reporting, the role focuses on enhancing and delivering Group-led resilience reporting. This role will work with stakeholders to shape reporting requirements and collaborate with development teams to design, test, and deliver Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insight into resilience performance.
This role will also contribute to wider Operational Resilience initiatives, including the ongoing development of supporting tools and capabilities. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on how resilience is embedded and evidenced across LSEG.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate requirement gathering with stakeholders and development team to support the delivery (design, testing, etc.) of resilience reporting to allow for enhanced insight into resilience across LSEG.
Support the ongoing maintenance of existing reports, including coordinating periodic updates for manual reports and assisting the identification, escalation, and resolution of any reporting issues.
Complete data analysis to identify resilience risk and compliance insights across the Group.
Support the delivery of additional ad hoc operational resilience projects to better improve tooling and reporting across the firm.
Support the development and management of the 1LOD Group Operational Resilience intranet site build and maintenance.
Establish strong relationships and liaise with Divisional, Corporate Support and Programme collaborators to ensure adequate governance and reporting capabilities are adopted and implemented across the Group.
