Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

We're seeking an exceptional engineering leader who can elevate our high-performing mobile team to new heights of excellence and innovation.

Guide our talented mobile engineers to deliver world-class products that millions depend on. You'll balance technical leadership with people development, fostering a culture where cutting-edge mobile engineering thrives alongside continuous growth.

Objectives:

• Strategic Leadership: Translate product vision into technical roadmaps that deliver exceptional mobile experiences

• Team Empowerment: Mentor, develop and inspire a team of talented engineers while fostering a culture of ownership

• Technical Excellence: Champion best practices, architecture decisions, and quality standards across mobile initiatives

• Hands-On Development: Contribute code, conduct code reviews, and solve complex technical challenges alongside your team

• Innovation Driver: Lead AI integration into our mobile development processes to enhance efficiency and reduce technical debt

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and platform teams to deliver seamless solutions

• Deep understanding of mobile development ecosystems (iOS/Android)
