Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Manager, Media - Email Campaigns, you will be a strategic & operational leader, driving and innovating our promotional email and marketing initiatives. Your work will focus on executing campaigns that enhance consumer engagement, increase sales, and align with our multi-channel marketing vision.
What You’ll Do

Lead the planning and execution of the promotional, batch, and ad hoc email marketing program to achieve integrated multi-channel objectives

Oversee all aspects of campaign deployment, from development to QA, ensuring campaigns are high-quality, accurate, and meet executional standards

Continuously innovate to drive channel growth, ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals and catering to various customer segments

Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed to market, minimize manual effort, and enhance execution excellence

Define KPIs, leverage data insights, and collaborate with testing & targeting teams to refine segmentation, improve targeting, and optimize performance.

Manage the channel budget and guide the team to ensure efficient and effective use of resources

Proactively partner with and influence internal teams and external vendors to drive alignment, gather insights, and ensure optimal campaign execution and innovation

Mentor and train team members on processes, technologies, and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
What Skills You Have
Required
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-7+ years in marketing, focusing on email management, CRM strategies, and data-driven decision-making.

Deep knowledge of email best practices, channel metrics, and emerging CRM technologies and trends.

Proficiency with enterprise email service providers (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) and advanced CRM strategies.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Previous people management experience.
Preferred

Master’s in Marketing, Business Technology, or related field.

Experience in an agency or branded environment, recognized expertise in email/CRM marketing.
