Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Marketing Leadership
- Work closely with business executives, alliance leaders, and external partners to design impactful partner marketing strategies and annual plans that leverage DXC and partner strengths and expand market reach.
- Design, implement, and measure joint marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and joint client stories.
- Own end-to-end management of partner marketing programs globally, including collaborating with regional marketing and alliance leaders to tailor programs for local needs.
- Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and DXC’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Actively lead DXC’s presence at all partner and industry events as an element of the broader plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and marketing teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality partnership collaterals, including messaging, presentations, emails, brochures, and customer success stories.
- Own digital strategy and web content related to partnership on all external and internal sites.
- Educate DXC marketing and communications teams on partner strategy, lead generation programs, and partner communications and enablement.
Market and Business Intelligence
- Develop a deep understanding of DXC’s and partner’s products, services, and overall partner business model to effectively communicate value propositions and support marketing strategies.
- Stay informed on the latest news and events relevant for assigned partner(s).
- Collaborate with business and alliance leaders to integrate market insights into marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic marketing advisor to business units, providing marketing strategies to drive outcomes that align with business goals.
- Regularly communicate partner marketing results and insights to internal stakeholders; attend business QBRs/MBRs and be an active member of the business leadership team.
- Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging, branding, and campaigns across DXC.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to advocate for marketing initiatives and secure necessary resources.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Manage the global partner marketing budget for specific events and campaigns/programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Discuss marketing investments with partners and ensure compliance to budget and financial guidelines.
- Measure the success of partner marketing programs and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Analyze campaign/initiative results and partner performance data to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Solicit and receive feedback on content and gaps making recommendations to incorporate or build new content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience working with strategic, technology, IT Technology, reseller, or services partners.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective partner marketing strategies, ideally on a global level.
- Broad experience across various marketing fields: PR, digital, social media, content marketing, events.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).
- SharePoint, MS Teams and/or other collaboration tools experience.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic.
- Strong relationship-building skills to drive change and rally support in complex organizational structures through influence rather than direct control.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with strong verbal, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable juggling strategic direction and practical day-to-day tactics of getting things done.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
- Willingness to work outside of regular office hours due to international time zones.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
