Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a new role and you will report to the CMO and provide strategic and executional support for a wide range of initiatives to support growth across BDO.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives and operational projects to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the national marketing & communications team

  • Act as the day-to-day liaison with the Marketing and Communications leadership team and key stakeholders across the firm, driving collaboration and alignment to deliver high-impact initiatives to our target audiences.

  • Manage and support meetings, events and communications for the CMO to enable the team

  • Conduct and lead research to support strategic projects

  • Provide proactive recommendations that support modernizing operations

  • Manage and support administration of budgets, contracts and invoices for the entire Marcomm organization

  • Track and deliver marketing and communications related reporting and presentations

  • Lead and execute updates to marketing and communications content on the firm’s intranet to support self-serve

  • Support change management initiatives at both a strategic and execution level

Your Experience and Education

  • University Degree in related subject

  • 7+ years of marketing experience at the manager (or equivalent) level

  • B2B/professional services knowledge and/or experience is an asset

  • Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns

  • Strong business acumen, curiosity and the ability to turn data into insights that drive strategy

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management and digital skills

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

The expected range of compensation for this role is $93,000 - $141,000/ year
