Lead end-to-end mergers and acquisitions engagements, including client onboarding, team management, transaction structuring, financial analysis, stakeholder presentations, regulatory compliance, and post-merger integration. Collaborate with valuation and legal teams, maintain internal processes, manage multiple deadlines, develop client relationships, and monitor industry and regulatory developments affecting corporate transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including client onboarding, team management and successful completion of assignments.
- Analysis of financials and other corporate documents, understand the requirements, making right strategy of structuring including merger, demerger, sale/hive-off etc.
- Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and plans for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the valuation tean and legal team at various stages of the transaction,
- Ensure internal process and SOP and also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved and value is maximized.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cleints for future business.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting M&A activities.
