Get to Know the Team

The People and Organisation Development team's (POD) mission is to fuel Grab's success by creating an environment where our people can learn, grow, and do their best work. Get to Know the Role

This is a regional role based in our Kuala Lumpur office. You'll work independently and report directly to the Head of Learning & Inclusion.

As part of Learning & Inclusion team, you'll work with team members to drive impact in two main areas:

  • (Your primary focus) Ensure our employees (whom we call "Grabbers") to build essential skills and mindsets so they can perform at their best and keep growing.
  • Create a more inclusive and equitable workplace, where everyone feels like they belong and has equal access to opportunities to grow.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Shape what the team should focus on, based on business contexts and goals.
  • Collaborate with different teams to examine data, understand challenges and develop solutions with a principled approach.
  • Design and lead impactful interventions — this could include:
    • Development programmes and nudges
    • Improvements to our learning tools or systems
    • Process changes or other creative interventions to support learning and inclusion goals

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Solving Problems: Analyse complex situations, identify solutions, and adapt based on feedback and data.
  • Change Management: Champion innovation and implement impactful ideas.
  • Collaboration: Lead cross team members at all levels to problem solve and achieve shared goals.
  • Expertise: Share knowledge and coach others to improve their work and skills.
  • Communication: Articulates ideas in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • 7+ years of experience with the following:
  • Design and implement engaging and impactful user journeys or programmes
  • Lead complex projects
  • Promote behaviour/ culture change in a diverse organisation
