Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or another related engineering discipline. 

Work Experience 

  • 10+ years of experience with technical and functional configuration, customization, extension, or modification of WMS, TMS, DC automation, and MHE solutions. 
  • 7+ years of experience across Supply Chain and Logistics systems, with experience developing or implementing business applications for retail supply chains. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial capacity leading, coaching, and mentoring functional and technical product teams, including Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Software Engineers/Developers, and Technical Product Managers. 
  • 5+ years of strong technical and implementation experience with one or more supply chain packaged solutions, including Manhattan, Korber, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, Dematic, Intelligrated, or similar platforms. 
  • 5+ years of experience delivering and scaling software applications in a leadership capacity. 
  • 10+ years of experience developing integrations using tools and frameworks such as SOAP and RESTful web services, JMS asynchronous services, SMTP, SFTP/FTP, and TCP/IP sockets. 
  • Experience with relational database management systems and SQL. 

Skills 

  • Functional and technical knowledge of WMS, TMS, and other supply chain domain-specific solutions offered by Manhattan Associates, Korber, Blue Yonder, Oracle, SAP, Dematic, Intelligrated, or similar providers. 
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems, SQL, stored procedures, data integrations, APIs, and scripting languages. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative resolution skills. 
  • Process- and data-centric approach grounded in structured frameworks. 
  • Ability to quickly build and scale IT teams. 
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Ability to manage IT product and service vendors. 
  • Ability to build and manage an onsite-offshore delivery model. 
  • Ability to create and manage statements of work. 
  • Ability to manage IT budgets and plan for optimal resource utilization.

  • Lead and manage software implementation and development for applications across the Supply Chain technology portfolio. 
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders across business functions. 
  • Lead functional and technical teams in delivering well-designed, scalable enterprise applications. 
  • Provide expertise and recommend solutions for complex functional and technical issues. 
  • Establish standards and best practices for software design patterns, delivery approaches, stakeholder management, and related disciplines. 
  • Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies and recommend options for software development and supply chain application capabilities. 
  • Manage tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety rules. 
  • Support company initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
