SUMMARY - ABOUT THE TEAM / JOB
Anduril’s Investor Relations team is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to join our team. In this role, you’ll help develop how we tell the Anduril story to the broad financial ecosystem, build high trust relationships with our current and prospective investors, and craft analyses to guide Anduril’s approach to financings. The right person for this role will have a strong background in capital markets and finance in order to help craft an effective two way communication program between the company and investors, and boundless enthusiasm for educating the financial community on what a next generation defense company looks like.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist in telling and developing the Anduril story for the investment community; including existing investors, prospective investors, and equity analysts, with a heavily financial bent (strong financial acumen including 3-statement modeling, comparable analysis, and more importantly, deriving clear and substantive insights from these exercises)
- Learn Anduril’s business top-to-bottom, and regularly interact with colleagues in finance, communications, business development, government relations - you’ll be able to speak knowledgeably about Anduril’s progress across domains
- Support fundraises across equity and debt, as well as helping on investor marketing including conferences and managing day-to-day tasks including logging interactions with the investment community
- As we mature, building out the infrastructure for investor relations at a public company, including the creation of quarterly earnings cadence (script, Q&A prep, shareholder letter and other investor resources), and collections of market news / benchmarking for our executive team
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 4+ years of experience in capital markets - whether investment banking, private equity / venture capital, or equity research. Ultimately, we’re seeking strong knowledge and understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts/techniques used by analysts and investors.
- You are comfortable communicating broadly, both orally and in writing, and having a lot of eyes on your work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership, both inside and outside Anduril. This should excite you!
- You are humble and hungry; no task is too small or beneath you, and you will bring a just-get-it-done mindset to work every day.
- You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t wait on others to solve problems. You proactively step into the gap to offer solutions yourself.
- You have strong analytical aptitude. You intuitively think about problems in terms of numbers and models, and you are able to execute analyses quickly in Excel.

US Salary Range
$114,000—$171,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
