Investor Relations, Manager (Reporting & Insights)

Investor Relations is responsible for the accurate and effective communication of the Group’s financial performance and strategy with the Group’s shareholders and wider investment community, enabling them to make informed choices about the Group as an investment option.
To achieve this objective, Investor Relations facilitates the two-way flow of information between external and internal stakeholders, enabling us to develop, prepare and convey relevant information to the market in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
Do work that matters
This is a dynamic position that will see you working with a broad range of stakeholders to prepare of the Group’s market presentations, and providing insights into the results for senior management.
You responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of half yearly Results Presentation and Investor Discussion Pack, and quarterly Trading Update ASX Announcements to the market
- Delivery of insights and analysis of the result to senior management, supporting external disclosures
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Group to prepare and shape external disclosures
- Institute strong project management disciplines including adherence timelines and verification requirements
- Assist with inquiries and requests for information and data from both internal and external stakeholders, including investors and financial analysts
- Preparing analyst consensus updates and forming insights
- Manage external printing requirements, maintaining online digital assets on the Investor Centre.
- Ad hoc presentations and research support.
We’re interested in hearing from people who
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand and interrogate financial data
- Understanding of the current banking and finance industry
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 3-5 years experience
- Strong organisational, time and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a high performing team environment
- Bachelor degree in accounting / finance / business
- Professional accounting qualifications will be highly regarded
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
This position is permanent full time and will be based in our office at 11 Harbour Street, Sydney.
