This role exists to support Trinitas’ development, acquisition, and asset management efforts through thoughtful underwriting, financial analysis, and strategic evaluation of investment opportunities. The position plays a critical role in helping the company make informed decisions that maximize long-term portfolio and enterprise value.
The work directly supports development, acquisitions, and asset management teams by ensuring investment opportunities, operating strategies, and portfolio decisions are backed by accurate analysis, market intelligence, and disciplined financial evaluation.

· Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities that contribute to long-term portfolio growth.

Core Responsibilities
The following represent the essential functions of the role and must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation:
· Assist in financial underwriting for student housing and multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, including opportunity evaluation and investment analysis.
· Perform financial modeling and analysis, including cash flow projections, valuation modeling, and investment return analysis to support business decisions.
· Conduct market research, due diligence, and competitive analysis for target markets and development opportunities.
· Support management of the company’s real estate portfolio, including student housing, mixed-use, multifamily, and other operating assets.
· Assist with budget preparation, business planning, debt compliance monitoring, quarterly valuations, and recurring portfolio reporting.
· Support refinance, disposition, lease, and credit tenant analyses as needed.
· Participate in capital market activities related to real estate acquisitions and investments.
· Build strong working relationships with development teams, asset management, senior leadership, and cross-functional partners.
· Contribute to Investment Committee discussions through objective analysis and thoughtful project evaluation.
· Support investor relations efforts through organized, accurate, and professional communication.
· Assist legal, finance, and accounting teams with compliance-related matters and documentation.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· You contribute meaningfully to the successful evaluation and management of investment opportunities and operating assets.

What Will Help You Thrive
Successful candidates typically bring:
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate financial analysis, underwriting, or related investment analysis.
· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; strong understanding of real estate underwriting and valuation methodologies.
· Professional Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is performed primarily in an office environment. The role may require extended periods of sitting or standing, routine use of standard office equipment and technology, and the ability to view a computer screen for extended periods. Depending on the specific responsibilities, the position may also involve lifting up to 20 pounds, as well as meeting any additional role-specific physical requirements.
