The Role
The Manager - Integration will play a pivotal role in our Integration ET - BTP - Delivery department, overseeing the design and implementation of innovative integration solutions. With a focus on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), you will ensure our systems are future-ready, scalable, and secure. Your expertise in BTP Integration Suite and Clean Core principles, along with experience in S/4HANA landscapes, will be key to our success. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Design and architect integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP BTP best practices.
  • Implement and oversee the migration/transformation projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Ensure the integration suite is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
  • Document and maintain integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and a smooth handover.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring a proactive approach to potential issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP integration projects, with a strong focus on SAP BTP.
  • Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, including API Management, Integration Suite, and Process Automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Clean Core principles and their application in SAP landscapes.
  • Experience with S/4HANA landscapes and an understanding of the migration/transformation process.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
