- Lead and manage a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Design and architect integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and SAP BTP best practices.
- Implement and oversee the migration/transformation projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure the integration suite is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP BTP features and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
- Document and maintain integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and a smooth handover.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks, ensuring a proactive approach to potential issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new technologies and methodologies.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP integration projects, with a strong focus on SAP BTP.
- Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, including API Management, Integration Suite, and Process Automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Clean Core principles and their application in SAP landscapes.
- Experience with S/4HANA landscapes and an understanding of the migration/transformation process.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
