Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to join our Customer Success and AI Enablement Office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI-driven automation and productivity tools into real-world operations. You will act as the crucial bridge between our engineering teams and our customers, ensuring that our cutting-edge solutions are successfully deployed, understood, and leveraged to their fullest potential. This is a dynamic position that requires a true passion for artificial intelligence, product building, and direct customer engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success & Account Management
  • Engage directly with customers to manage accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure ongoing success with our products.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems at customer locations, including specialized environments like Customer labs, warehouses, shipping bays, or office facilities.
Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate seamless communication with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with data analysis and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
AI Enablement & Product Building
  • Discover and scope new use cases for AI-led automation and productivity tools.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of implementing, documenting, maintaining, and training personnel on these AI products.
  • Actively participate in the hands-on building of AI solutions, translating operational needs into technical capabilities.
Field Operations & Travel
  • Travel to customer sites for hands-on troubleshooting and deployment oversight. Travel is typically required once a month for 2-3 days, with rare occasions requiring back-to-back or 7-day trips.
  • Conduct facility visits which may occur during non-standard hours (middle of the night to early morning) to align with operational schedules (e.g., UPS facilities).
Required Background and Qualifications
  • A genuine, demonstrated passion for AI technologies and hands-on product building.
  • Strong experience in customer success, account management, or field operations.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholders across engineering, data analysis, and manufacturing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support critical customer operations.
  • Experience in discovering, implementing, and training users on new software or automation tools is highly desirable.
