✅ Tesco Security Architecture Role- Experience: Minimum 8 years (10+ years preferred)
- Core Requirements:
- Hands-on product security experience (requirements, architecture review, design principles, application security, pipeline security, infrastructure, secure monitoring).
- Leading security initiatives and DevSecOps practices.
- Threat modeling, risk assessment, and designing security/privacy controls.
- Application security, supply chain security, and tools like SAST, DAST, SCA, IAC.
- Code review for weaknesses and mitigations.
- Familiarity with OWASP ASVS, OWASP Top 10, CIS controls.
- Strong understanding of web apps, REST APIs, microservices, modern frameworks, mobile apps.
- Cloud-native/hybrid architectures (Kubernetes, containerized workloads).
- Development exposure (Java, Golang, Python) is a plus.
- Knowledge of GDPR, PCI-DSS desirable.
- Azure/AWS cloud security certifications desirable.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
