Client Relationships and Engagement:
  • Serve as a day-to-day design lead with clients, translating direction and feedback into actionable design solutions.
  • Support senior leaders in presentations, pitches, and proposal development by preparing materials and contributing creative ideas.
  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts, reinforcing trust and positioning MERGE as a valued partner in immersive experience design.

Qualifications:

6–8 years of professional experience in immersive, experiential, or environmental design, with experience leading project workstreams or small teams.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute impactful physical and/or digital experiences.
  • Strong foundation in spatial storytelling, human-centered design, and multi-sensory experience creation.
  • Strong experience designing in-store retail experiences, along with exposure to other industries such as health and life sciences, quick-service restaurants (QSR), connected living (e.g., smart home, IoT), and financial services.
