- Lead process improvement initiatives using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate quality losses and process variation.
- Manage execution of top quality loss projects within the functional area, including deviation tracking from One Best Way playbooks and identification of replication opportunities.
- Support the tactical deployment of the Quality Excellence WPS methodology, including gap analysis, performance metrics, and quality loss profile development.
- Partner with Department Managers to drive WPS programs, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within assigned process areas.
- Deliver results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and the creation of standard work to reduce variation and sustain improvements.
