Manager, Human Resources

As we continue to evolve our Content organization, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our Human Resources team as HR Manager supporting our US Networks teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a curious, dynamic, and creative HRBP to be part of a fully digital and content generator organization, driven by a super diverse, talented, and competitive team that works in full collaboration.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of HR for US Networks and will work directly with the US Networks leadership team to drive multiplatform content initiatives that will push the organization to become the leading content company in the global Spanish language market.

You are an experienced hands-on leader capable of providing strategic and tactical support to a highly skilled team.  You are a curious, self-driven, and minded HR business partner who seeks opportunities to add value to the company’s and internal customers’ objectives by providing sound advice, timely counseling, and executing HR initiatives in partnership with the HR ecosystems across the organization.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

• Responsible for advising on areas such as talent management, organizational development, career development, performance management, coaching, employee relations, labor relations, and total rewards.

• Implementation of HR strategy that drives employee engagement and supports short- and long-term business goals.
  Leverage knowledge of the competitive landscape to develop talent plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.

• Partner with the business leadership team to assess and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization.

• Collaborate with operational leaders and the centers of excellence to ensure robust people strategies are in place.

• Responsible for fostering a positive and creative working environment where employees are comfortable addressing issues and concerns with their managers and HR

• Manage employee relations matters on a timely basis in partnership with the Employment Relations area.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience. SPHR/PHR or Master’s in Human Resources preferred.

• Minimum of eight (8) years of HR experience in an HRBP or generalist capacity, including consulting,   performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organization development

• Ability to work in a multicultural organization

• Strong command of HR regulations, laws, and requirements with demonstrated ability to professionally handle and escalate as necessary

• Team worker and execution-focused; drives insights and ideas to implementation and action in a timely manner

• Spanish/English fluency required (oral and written)

• Prior media industry/streaming /tech experience, a plus
