Accountabilities
Major Activities
HSE assurance process implementation and monitoring
- Conduct site visits for HSE under business requirements.
- Carry out the assurance process activities including (Audits, Inspections, Incident Investigation, etc.,)
- Document Management and control,
- Conduct HSE Induction for the new joiners,
- Coordinate for HSE Forum
- Conduct HSE training and assurance process
- Assist & coordinate the development and Implementation of Incident Management software. Going ahead monitor, updating of User group and coordinate for smooth functioning of the software.
- Coordinate for Integrated reporting and other validation processes on behalf of HSE Team
- Participate in Due diligence activities on behalf of HSE Team
- Assist Apraava assets for critical activities such as overhauling etc.
- Coordinate in periodic drills that are being conducted at office building.
- Conduct Kitchen committee audits
- Coordinate with compliance team for review of the compliances related Health & Safety with CS and E&Y Team
Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence as per guidelines of HSE department.
- HSE audits at assets to check implementation of HSE Management System
- Review & Implementation of assurance plan
- Monitoring of compliance with audit actions
HSE improvement plans – preparation and verification
- Asset specific HSE improvement plan preparation based on Apraava HSE Expectations.
- Validation and verification on a periodical basis.
HSE performance reporting
- Monthly HSE performance reporting to group HSE.
- Thorough verification of reports sent by asset teams.
- Analysis of incidents and near misses.

Due diligence
- Conduct due diligence of projects from HSE perspective.
