Our skilled workforce is the key element that sets us apart from our competitors - we are proud of our employees.For our production site in Lindau on Lake Constance, we are now looking for aHR Manager (m/w/d)We look for a passionate HR Manager able to- give HR guidance to our Management team- ensure compliance with labor law, tax and social security regulations- cooperate with the works council- negotiate during collective and individual agreements- manage the recruiting process, from the job profile definition to the onboarding phase of the new hire- manage all the people development process like succession planning process, performance management process, competency modelling process and others- provide formal training to the emerging leaders on soft skills- work in a matrix organization- work in a multinational team and report to non-German managers- understand the HR-related financials, including the ability to build and manage the HC budget- regularly report HR KPIs to the groupYour profile

  • You have a degree in business administration or law or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in Human Resources
  • You have 7 years experience as HR Manager in a multinational manufacturing company
  • You enjoy operational HR work
  • You are a pragmatic personality who can communicate convincingly and sympathetically at all levels
  • Close teamwork and a high degree of reliability are essential for this role
  • Good knowledge of employment law rounds off your profile
  • Fluent English
