About You
You are a person who invests in relationships and cultivates them over time to deliver sales growth. You understand and easily navigate complex sales cycles and invest accordingly. As a Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with NGA and other key US government customers with assistance from other Fraym Leaders. You have experience working in or with the GEOINT community and are familiar with data analysis, population surveys, and/or human geography.
You will partner with internal subject matter experts to shape external materials, deliver custom pitches, and generate opportunities for growth within your account. You will also partner with the account team on our existing contracts, providing seamless delivery and customer service. You believe that this combination of efforts is the winning recipe to account growth and have ideas on how to improve and adapt the strategy over time.
Bringing together your unique combination of leadership, resourcefulness, and creativity, you will further validate and shape Fraym’s core offering to the unique needs of your target account.
Summary of Position
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Account leadership: You will work with a Fraym account team that includes analysts, solution engineers, and data scientists to shape our message and offering for your customers and end users. Under your leadership, Fraym will understand your clear and actionable path to account success.
- Account expansion: You will generate and execute on multiple lines of effort to expand existing and new engagements within your target IC and DOD accounts. You will bring together your network, Fraym’s network, and other resources to generate new business opportunities. You are responsible for the entire process of sourcing, cultivating, and closing new deals. Success will be measured by annual revenue goals, pipeline development goals, and account progress goals.
- Communications: You will generate use cases and data user stories, illustrating Fraym’s value proposition through our marketing and communications channels. You work well across diverse teams and effectively communicate your vision to execute on your goals.
You will have the following qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years working in the national security space; prefer experience with analysis and population surveys and/or human geography analysis
- Experience selling technology, data, or analytical services to US government customers or at a minimum experience and understanding of government contracts
- Experience in program management or customer service
- Experience in start-up or small business environment / small team settings
- Bachelor’s degree in business, geography, economics, statistics, or other relevant fields (desired, not required*)
- Commitment to grow the company and make an outsized impact on decision-making in national security
- Excellent written, analytical, and oral communication in English
- US citizen. Active security clearance a big plus.
